# FAQ

Quick answers to the most common questions about DEXRise. Every answer links to the page with the full details.

## Platform basics

### What is DEXRise?

DEXRise is a decentralized exchange platform that lets you trade on liquidity pools from major DEXs — PancakeSwap, Uniswap, SushiSwap and others — plus its own native pools, through one simple interface. On top of trading, it offers [Staking](/dexrise-documentation/staking/overview.md), [Presale](/dexrise-documentation/presale/overview.md) and [Airdrop](/dexrise-documentation/airdrop/overview.md) services, all executed directly on-chain. See [What is DEXRise?](/dexrise-documentation/introduction/what-is-dexrise.md).

### What makes DEXRise different from other DEXs?

Its exclusive **Floor Price Protection** mechanism — an unbreakable, automatically rising price floor that no other platform offers — along with its zero-liquidity listing model for projects and its fully on-chain services. See [Floor Price Protection](/dexrise-documentation/trading/floor-price-protection.md).

## Trading

### What is Floor Price Protection (FPP)?

A DEXRise-exclusive mechanism that gives a pair an unbreakable price floor, defined as a fixed percentage below the pair's All-Time High. Every new ATH raises the floor immediately and permanently, so the price always forms higher lows. Example: with a 50% floor, an ATH of $1.00 puts the floor at $0.50 — and the price can never go below it. Full explanation: [Floor Price Protection](/dexrise-documentation/trading/floor-price-protection.md).

### What happens when the price reaches the floor?

Selling operations **stop** at the floor. Reaching the floor acts as a strong buy signal — it marks the start of an accumulation phase and a new upward cycle. See [Floor Price Protection](/dexrise-documentation/trading/floor-price-protection.md#what-happens-when-the-price-reaches-the-floor).

### What are the trading fees?

The fee is applied **on the paid currency only**, and the rate depends on the pair type: **0.3%** on DEXRise pairs and **0.4%** on external pairs. See [Trading Fees](/dexrise-documentation/trading/trading-fees.md).

### What is Slippage Protection?

You set the maximum price change you are willing to tolerate on a trade. If the price change exceeds your limit, the transaction **fails automatically** — it never executes at a worse price than you accepted. See [Slippage Protection](/dexrise-documentation/trading/slippage-protection.md).

### What are Pair Ranks?

DEXRise classifies pairs and currencies into four tiers — Bronze (100+ votes), Silver (1,000+ votes), Gold (10,000+ votes + $1M daily volume) and Platinum (10,000+ votes + $10M daily volume). See [Pair Ranks](/dexrise-documentation/trading/ranks.md).

## Staking

### What is the difference between Flexible and Locked staking?

In **Flexible**, you can withdraw your deposit plus rewards at any time, with no restrictions. In **Locked**, the deposit stays until the full staking term ends — but rewards are claimable at any time, or can be re-deposited. See [Staking Types](/dexrise-documentation/staking/staking-types.md).

### How are staking rewards calculated?

DEXRise uses **APR** annualized over a full 365-day year, and rewards are **simple interest** — calculated on your deposited amount only, not compounded. Example: 1,000 tokens at 100% APR for 30 days ≈ 82.19 tokens. See [APR Mechanics](/dexrise-documentation/staking/apr-mechanics.md).

### Which tokens can be staked?

Staking pools support **standard tokens only** — Fee-on-Transfer tokens and similar mechanics are not supported. Projects listing a pool provide the tokens dedicated to it. See [Staking Pool Listing](/dexrise-documentation/listing-fees-and-requirements/staking-listing.md).

## Presale

### When do I receive the tokens I bought in a presale?

It depends on the event's contract type: **immediate delivery** contracts deliver tokens at the moment of purchase, while **pending delivery** contracts deliver them after the presale period fully ends. See [Presale Contract Types](/dexrise-documentation/presale/contract-types.md).

### What happens if a presale doesn't sell out?

The event simply ends when its period expires — and any **unsold tokens are delivered to the project team**. The raised funding also reaches the team only after the presale has fully ended. See [Presale Lifecycle](/dexrise-documentation/presale/lifecycle.md).

## Airdrop

### How do I claim an airdrop?

Open the event's Claim Panel during the event period and claim with **one click** if you are eligible — the claim settles directly on-chain. Note that a single event can contain multiple distribution rounds. See [Airdrop on DEXRise](/dexrise-documentation/airdrop/overview.md).

## DXR Token

### When does the DXR presale run?

From **November 20, 2026 to February 1, 2027** at the latest — it can also end earlier if the quantity sells out. See [DXR Presale Event](/dexrise-documentation/dxr-token/presale-event.md).

### What is the DXR presale price and allocation?

**100,000,000 DXR** (10% of supply) at a **fixed price of 0.001 USDT per DXR**, with a funding target of 100,000 USDT, on an **immediate delivery** contract. See [DXR Presale Event](/dexrise-documentation/dxr-token/presale-event.md).

### Can I stake DXR while the presale is running?

Yes — the staking program is fully functional during the presale. The contract is **Flexible** (withdraw anytime, no restrictions), rewards are claimable anytime, and the first round runs at **100% APR** from November 3, 2026 to November 3, 2027. See [DXR Staking Event](/dexrise-documentation/dxr-token/staking-event.md).

### When does DXR/USDT trading begin?

**By February 1, 2027 at the latest — or earlier** if the presale sells out ahead of schedule. Follow the [official channels](/dexrise-documentation/support/contact.md) for launch announcements. See [DXR Trading Launch](/dexrise-documentation/dxr-token/trading-launch.md).

### What is DXR's launch price?

**0.001 USDT** — which is also the floor price itself. DXR starts trading at its unbreakable floor, so the first upward cycle begins immediately at launch, with initial liquidity of 500,000,000 DXR + 500,000 USDT and an initial market cap of $1,000,000. See [DXR Trading Launch](/dexrise-documentation/dxr-token/trading-launch.md).

## For projects

### How do I list my project on DEXRise?

Submit the [listing application form](https://forms.gle/V89E1Nd4eq4N2wtZA) for the service you want — trading pair, staking pool, presale or airdrop — and meet the requirements for that service. See the full section: [Listing Fees & Requirements](/dexrise-documentation/listing-fees-and-requirements/overview.md).

### How much does listing cost?

**Trading pair:** $100 traditional, or $3,000 for the zero-liquidity model with Floor Price Protection. **Staking pool:** $50. **Presale:** $50 + 1% of tokens sold. **Airdrop:** $20 — free on BSC. See the [fee schedule](/dexrise-documentation/listing-fees-and-requirements/overview.md#listing-fee-schedule).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://dexrise.gitbook.io/dexrise-documentation/support/faq.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
